Rank achieved, can't enter elective adventures

I am a den leader and den admin in Scoutbook.

One of the scouts in my den has completed all rank requirements, and now I cannot enter any more electives or awards of any kind. Is this supposed to happen?

It looks like BSA number 135710744. You are a Den Admin, but your connection to that Scout is View Profile, for some reason.

Ask a Pack Admin to reset your Den Admin and Den Leader roles. Here’s how:

  1. A Pack Admin needs to go to the Pack Roster page in Scoutbook.
  2. Pack Admin clicks on your name.
  3. Click on your Den Leader role.
  4. Make sure the box is checked next to “Position Approved”.
  5. Click “Update” to save.

Repeat for your Den Admin role.

Of note, he is no listed in the pack roster drop-down menu anymore, either.

It’s because your connection to the Scout is only “View Profile”. As a Den Admin, you should be connected to all Scouts in your den with “Full Control” permissions.
