One of my Scouts (BSA #14412532) is now missing most of her rank advancements for 2nd class that were entered at the end of summer camp. For some reason the 1st class completions are still there, but not 2nd class.
@KENDRADIMICHELE first thing to look at would be if they were entered on a different version of 2nd class for the scout. I see several entered 5/11/26 on the swim requirements
@DonovanMcNeil I checked, and nothing entered under a different version. The swim requirements were done prior to summer camp. If you look at first class, there are several completed 6/26/2026 at the end of summer camp. There were entries for completions in 2nd class as well, but those are now gone.
@KENDRADIMICHELE first guess is they were not saved, maybe entered but not saved. From what we have seen 1 in 100K times an advancement disappears if saved (if that many.) I would just re-enter them.
@DonovanMcNeil It was saved, and showed in Scoutbook 2 weeks ago. Entered at same time as the 1st class and 2nd class for Scout (14477443) as a “group”.
