Recharter cannot be processed when applications are pending

…and there is no way to get rid of pending applications.

So, how do I submit for recharter?

(I already contacted my council, and they had no way of getting rid of the pending applications either.)

Your Council can contact BSA IT if they do not know how to remove the pending applications.
