Reconnecting a scout to our troop

Hello again,

Scout 141991795, with a multiple registration to our troop and a different troop in another council, has disappeared from SBL and SB+. As SM I can see that the scout is on our official roster at My.Scouting. Would you kindly reattach this scout 141991795 to our troop? What else would you need from me? Thanks so much, I very much appreciate your help!

@DavidMcCormick Which council is the one that is responsible for recording the Scout’s advancements?

Apologies for the delay. Shenandoah Area Council is responsible for recording the Scout’s advancements. Thank you!

@DavidMcCormick I have requested that a new Scoutbook account be created for the Scout in your council. It should be created within 24 hours.

Any advancements will need to be entered by the other troop and council, though.
