Reconnecting a scout to troop after merging two accounts

Hello,

Scout 141846986 disappeared from Scoutbook Plus. As Scoutmaster I can see he is current with our troop at My Scouting until 12/31/2026. We think that an old, expired member ID of his from a different council (141069171) is causing him to repeatedly disappear. Again, his active registration is 141846986.

This is similar to a situation in 2025 that you solved for me:

@DavidMcCormick is the Scout Actively registered in 2 councils at once?

This scout has registrations in TAC and NCAC through 12/31/26 - is the scout active in both units? Does the scout do things with both units?

The scout should only be active in TAC; the scout does not do any scouting with NCAC any more. We were under the impression that the NCAC registration had ended. If you are able to, please set the TAC registration as the sole registration.
