Record advancement button missing

Im having a problem entering advancements. The “record advancement” button is missing. The only option I have when selecting a scout is to record progess (hiking, camping, service hours).
Ive emailed for help multiple times and received one response with the video on how to record advancements. I know how to do it, the button to do so is completely missing.
I am designated as the key 3 advancement chair. My Scoutmaster also logged in with his credentials and experienced the same issue.
Does anyone have a solution? I have been trying to address this issue since March with no solution. I have boys that need badges recorded so they can submit Eagle paperwork with deadlines rapidly approaching.

@JohnHachadoorian It looks like you have 2 BSA member numbers. Please contact your local council for help with that.

Next, you need to ask one of your troop’s Key 3 (Scoutmaster, Troop Committee Chair, or Chartered Org. Rep.) to use the Organization Security Manager at my.scouting.org and add you as a Unit Advancement Chair or Key 3 Delegate. Right now, it looks like you are a Unit Advancement Chair in Scoutbook, but Internet Advancement looks at the functional roles and positions in the Organization Security Manager at my.scouting.org – not Scoutbook. [Also, please be aware that the functional positions added using the Organization Security Manager expire at the end of the charter year and need to be redesignated after the unit recharters.] The day after you are designated as Unit Advancement Chair or Key 3 Delegate at my.scouting.org, you should be able to record advancements at Internet Advancement 2.0.

In the meantime, you should be able to use Scoutbook to add ranks, merit badges, and awards.
