Recording a rank requirement in Scoutbook Plus

I am STILL unable to enter a completed Scoutmaster conference for Second Class. This is Scout #134454691.

The Scoutmaster conference took place on August 26, 2025. I continue to get an Error message that he is not eligible because previous scoutmaster conferences have not been recorded. I have tried entering dates for the previous scoutmaster conferences and Scoutbook Plus will not allow me to do that either.

Earlier you suggested trying an Incognito window. This did not help. Any other suggestions?

Thank you, we will get this reported.

Are you able to approve 2C without marking the SMC complete? That is the only suggestion we have at this time.

The Scout in question has not done a Board of Review yet. (He has been sick.) When that is complete, I will see what happens.
