Againg requiring you’re assitance, I have an adult register to a unit since June 2024 and her registration doesn’t appear un the unit roaster.
The registrator in our local council indicate that the adult 140248902 indeed is register in BSA but we don’t see it in the unit rooster.
Please advise

The “IsCurrent = No” (in the picture below) means that this adult is not registered for some reason. It might mean that the criminal background check (CBC) has not been completed.
How can we fix that. Our local concil informed us she is registered
