Both scouts will have new membership (renewal) on 2/1/2025.

Good morning,
I have a scouts who is showing up in our Troop Roster in Scoutbook with a different and incorrect member number (140812369). This same scout does not show up on the troop roster in Scoutbook Plus, but does show up in Scoutbook Plus (with the incorrect member number) when you try to edit her profile in Scoutbook.

This scout is currently register with the correct member number (140203343), which shows up correctly in my.scouting.

Their BSA Member IDā€™s are:
140203343 (correct member number)
140812369 (incorrect member number)

Any help would be much appreciated,

@FarlGrundy_III 140203343 is stuck in a bug that is being investigated - ļ»æ140812369 is a second registration in the same unit - I would start with a talk to council

Thanks. I have spoken with Council who said it will work itself out. Will this bug work itself out as well?

The bug is being investigated - the double registration will not work itself out - that means someone is paying for each one

@DonovanMcNeil Just want to mention that somehow both scouts now show an expiration date of 02/28/2025 at my.scouting.org. And I understand the bug is not fixed yet, so they are still not displaying on Scoutbook.

OK an initial fix for this has been pushed - please check Scoutbook for the Scouts

yep, I see both the scouts in Scoutbook now. I am assuming a fix for Scoutbook Plus (advancements.scouting.org) is under way, because I donā€™t see either of the scouts there?

I would try a private window or Shift + Refresh @VasudhaNalluru

I also have a scout that has disappeared from Scout book. Can you confirm that he is also part of the Scout book bug? His scout id is 136633410. Thanks

@JoshuaMartz looks like one of your troop admins ended his membership - I will sync Scout back in - will take 24 hours

Hi there! I have a Scout missing in Scoutbook and I need to add advancement. He is on our roster in my.scouting (Cub Scout Pack 0037 Learning Gate Community School Family Pack), is current, and his scout id is 141400183. @DonovanMcNeil @EricBunch

This Scoutā€™s membership was ended by you on 12/11/24. I have requested he be added back the Scoutbook roster. You will need to place him back into a den. Check back after 4:00 PM Central today.

@SteveDavidson on 3 I looked at - the memberships where not approved in Scoutbook - the fastest fix is for a unit admin to go to Legacy Scoutbook > go to each Scouts membership and Approve it.

I just checked on this scout again and he is still not showing up in Scoutbook. Could you please look into it and see why he is not there?
