Registering parent getting error about age

We have a parent trying to register as a Leader (BSA 13937745) using Apply Online. They signed into their my.scouting account, went to beascout.org, selected Apply Online, and immediately get an error that says they need to be over 18 to apply. Their birthdate is correct. Can you please check their account?

@JillBarr there is no DOB in AKELA - is the one in SB correct for RL?
