I wanted to insert a joke about relationships being complicated… but here is a screen shot instead, why two and she is not a Tiger, she is a Wolf. I also have another example of a Bear with both parents twice and it says she is a Lion…
Thanks,
Amy

That is just how the Scouting America Membership connections work - once a Tiger parent Always a Tiger parent, and they just stack new relationships on top of each other. We have asked it to be limited in SB+
Thanks for the quick response, somethings are out of our control!
What about adding a relationship? In Scoutbook, I see both parents that are connected to a Scout, but in SB+ Only 1 parent/adult. Any ideas how to get both parents to show up on SB+?
@JessicaCreason - the roster in scoutbook plus is based on my.scouting.org roster. The registrar can add the second parent connection.
@JessicaCreason what is the Scouts Member # (no names) and we can look

@JessicaCreason In Legacy - have the missing parents accepted the invite? are the chains Open or closed?
I see the Parents in Legacy, and yes the chains are closed.
