Removing an award in SB+

I’m having the same issue as another user 13 days ago (she was removing Mile Swim) I’m removing Polar Bear Award. I’ve tried every combo of removing check boxes and dates and still come up with “Unapproval/Uncompletion of requirements cannot be beyond award completion date”. This award only has one requirement to remove. I’ve done this before with other scouts and had no problem so I’m thinking it’s on SB+'s end… Please advise?

Thanks, that would be my process, too. It doesn’t work however. The award requirement #1 was marked “Approved and Recorded” and when I go to remove the checkbox and save I get the error. The date box for Req 1 is greyed out.

@JessicaBeasley1 - i do see that the final date is blank. I would add the completed date, save then try the remove process

Hi, thanks. I started out with the final date in there. I tried removing it, but then the save button under that doesn’t work. That’s when I took the screen capture. I really think I’m just reporting an error here, that there may be no process I can initiate that will work at this point. Much like the other poster 13 days ago.

@JessicaBeasley1 - can you check that scout record again to see if the award is gone now ?

@JessicaBeasley1 so looking at your image - on the right side there is no final date in the image - is there one now?

@JessicaBeasley1 if you go to SB+ > your profile > do you see MEmber ID ####9991 or #2804?

I see 9991, however 2804 is also me. I am in 2 councils with 2 ids.

No, I put it in for just the one scout through his individual record.
