Hello All, I am trying to update all of our leaders and I have 2 people whom are no longer with us. How can I remove them from our roster.

- Go to your unit Roster page.
- Click on the leader’s name.
- Click on a position / role.
- Add a date ended.
Repeat as needed for other positions / roles.
Thank you for your quick response. I did this but they are still listed on the Internet Advancements and show up as No for their YPT. Is there a way to change that as well?
They will remain on your unit’s official roster until the end of your charter year. Or if they were to transfer to another unit, they would drop off your roster.
@TiffanyCrivelli - that is why you have a recharter reconcile meeting with the key 3 to remove or add to the roster as needed. A change in scoutbook does not feed back to MYST. Kinda wish it did but we are not there yet.
I haven’t even had that happen. They stayed until recharter. Maybe because their transfer was to a different council.
As a person with OCD, this just kills me, but I take a deep breath and move on. Recharter solves all.
