@KeithSchoenthal , It’s important to point out to the folks at council that there’s an error being produced when you try to re-register your scout, and can they please submit a MemberCare ticket to national on your behalf. I am having a similar problem. My council is closed for the holiday and I am not sure when they open again. My son’s renewal expires on 12/31/25.

Unfortunately, there’s literally nothing the folks on these boards can do. Fortunately, there is a 60-day grace period for renewals, so there should be adequate time after the various council and national staff gets back to address whatever the underlying issue is.

I get the same error message, too. Will try I guess to ask my council to submit a ticket but not sure there’s anybody there until after new year, at which point my son’s registration will have expired.

That is odd. On my.scouting.org I see as renewed. We also have the printed certificate given to us by council. Any ideas what is happening? [image]
