Unable to renew adult membership

I was able to renew my kid no problem. I got emails for her expiring on 12/31. I haven’t gotten any emails for me, and my.scouting.org doesn’t show an option to renew, just that my membership expires on 12/31/2024. The renewal statuses are: “Active Renewal”.

Does that mean that it’ll auto-renew on 12/31 with the saved credit card on the account? or am in some weird limbo where my membership is expiring but the system isn’t triggering a renew ability.

Council supposedly submitted a ticket to National a few weeks ago, but I’ve heard nothing back and I don’t have high confidence this will be resolved before the end of the month, leaving me unregistered for Klondike in Jan.

I’m registered in 2 Troops - primary is 1680 as an ASM, 2nd is 168 as a committee member. A few months ago my 1680 registration dropped off for no apparent reason, and the council had to manually add it back. I’m also a merit badge counselor, all 3 registrations show they expire on 12/31/2024

First guess would be a unit says it will pay for all adults and started the process - but the whole process is so hairy who knows

I was in charge of recharter, we did not select that as a troop. other adults in the unit are able to renew no problem.

there is a 60 Grace period for registration after expire

still unable to renew, 60 extra days isn’t going to help if the button isn’t there to click.

Unfortunately, it seems like your council will need to open a ticket with national member care.
