I am the Membership Chair for my pack. One of the things I help with is making sure people renew their children’s membership. Over the last year there has been a report function that allowed me to see which kids needed to renew and when. Currently when I look for renewals there is nothing except on each scouts page.
I do see on the roster the “Eligible to Renew” (0-60)and the “Eligible to Renew (unit only)” (61-90). But the window that creates is so vast, it does not really help when I have to remind parents. Most of the parents get the SA E-mails and do renew. But with 52 returning scouts there are always 4-5 that need to be reminded down to the day.
Anyway, If anyone know how to find a renewal report or run a new one please let me know.
