Renewed at Recharter Youth disappearing in Scoutbook

Our Pack Paid for scout to be renewed at recharter, they were on the roster and in scoutbook plus last week. Leader went to add advancement in today and the cub has fallen off entirely - when I went to confirm for them I see that all the cubs who did not pay and opted to not return this year are still showing up on the roster! What on earth is going on? How has this all gotten messed up so badly, does anyone care that this makes a volunteer leader’s job more difficult? Does anyone care that it looks like the organization doesn’t value the leader’s contributions when their own child falls off the roster after all the paperwork and fees have been submitted properly?

We have parents that can’t link to their children’s accounts too - how has this gotten so messed up so badly?

If you post Scouting America Member IDs (no names, please!) for the impacted scouts, the SUAC folks can investigate.

For the parents who can’t connect, which system are you talking about? Scoutbook? Scoutbook+? my.scouting? Different things influence the different systems.

parents can’t connect in Scoutbook so they are unable to update what they work on at home (family adventures) and unable to get the email reminders from Scoutbook Plus Calendar function.
I just found out that affected youth is part of the latest bug - hopefully all their advancement data isn’t wiped away…

What is the process that the parents are using to try to connect? If they have the scout’s Member ID and some of the PII, they can connect to the scout in Scoutbook by going to their own My Connections and selecting “Connect to your scout as parent/guardian” at the top.

ETA: I think I misunderstood. Was there only one impacted scout, and that scout was impacted by the bug that Donovan mentioned in the other thread?
