We have a scout who was on our roster and then in December his family disappeared. He is on myscouting roster but no longer a connection in Scoutbook.
How can I add him back?

Is this scout on the recharter?
@JenniferBowman I set the scout to come back to troop - but SM ended the position in SB
He is on the recharter. Thank you. I will ask the SM since he didn’t seem to know it happened. Maybe he thought he was doing something else and inadvertently ended his membership?

We’ve seem this happen when a Venturer’s adult application is processed on turning 18. The conversion to Venturing Participant ends the Youth membership in Scoutbook, and they don’t reappear in Scoutbook until the recharter is posted.
