I am the Advancement Chair for two troops with Courts of Honor this coming week and am also trying to update the advancement of one Scout in preparation for his Eagle Scout Application verification. I have been successful logging into Scoutbook two times in the last week (although I was kicked out numerous times and could only log back in after clearing my cookies and cache and rebooting my PC since the Shift+Refresh approach did not work). All other Scoutbook login attempts take me to the URL Scoutbook that displays a screen with “Error” in the header, a red pushpin image in the upper left corner, and the message:
" Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request.
Please go to Scoutbook Bugs - Scouting Forums to report this issue."
Note that no error number is referenced. A red back button is also present, that may or may not return me to the login screen.
This scenario occurs regardless of the web browser or machine.
I can catch up after the Courts of Honor if necessary, but the Eagle Scout candidate is going to age out so time is of the essence –
