Keep getting this error when “downloading reports”. I can generate reports but can’t see them after I generate them.
When I click the report I get this. “ Please log onto your account and try again, or report this to the forums (81).”
I’m advancement chair and scout book shows me as such. Unit commissioner says it looks good on his end.
@RonMorrissette - which reports and do post your BSA ID. You might want to post the report URL
@RonMorrissette In Scoutbook, you have the Advancement Chair role, but the role isn’t approved. You need a Pack Admin to approve it.
You might also want to ask one of your pack’s Key 3 (Cubmaster, Committee Chair, or Chartered Org. Rep.) to go to my.scouting.org, and use the Position Manager to add the functional role of Unit Advancement Chair there, too. You will need to wait for an overnight process to run, but then you will be able to use Internet Advancement and Scoutbook.
