@RonMorrissette In Scoutbook, you have the Advancement Chair role, but the role isn’t approved. You need a Pack Admin to approve it.
You might also want to ask one of your pack’s Key 3 (Cubmaster, Committee Chair, or Chartered Org. Rep.) to go to my.scouting.org, and use the Position Manager to add the functional role of Unit Advancement Chair there, too. You will need to wait for an overnight process to run, but then you will be able to use Internet Advancement and Scoutbook.
