My Troop’s Life to Eagle coordinator was recently pushed to Scoutbook Plus to generate the “Scouts BSA Individual Advancement Record”.
My first thought was that it might be the redirection from SB to SB+, so I had him follow these steps:
- Go to https://advancements.scouting.org/
- Login
- Click Reports in the left nav
- Click View for the “Scouts BSA Individual Advancement Record” report
When he gets to that report page, he sees the following.
He said… “there is no way to select an individual scout for the report. It won’t let me type in anything on top of Scout Name, or in the box with ref: PD… in it. If I leave the ALL selected as it defaults, then I select PDF and all I get is a one page pdf with one line at the top, like this”
He went on to say…
“Same happens with RUN or CSV options.
What I did previously was log in, select Roster, then put a check mark by one scout (example SCOUT NAME), then select the Quick Report at the top, then select Scout BSA History Report, and I get this (and still get the access denied today).”
The Affected Member ID: 113146044
He does have access to Reports according to the Permissions Manager.
I was able to pull the reports he needed on his behalf.
