Request Scout Account Check and Help

Request for SUAC Assist,

Our troop has 3 scouts who crossed over from 2 different packs, 2 in April, 1 in late May.
Their accounts were transferred my CmChr via the online transfer tool and each shows in our my.scouting roster. However their SB accounts aren’t syncd. We are seeing other issues such as permission errors to enter advancements and correct profile info.

@CharlesCollings they do all have a past Unapproved membership in your troop - we have seen even past unapproved cause issues - you might want to clean those up by clearing the end date > approve > then end again

This error is appearing for a Scout.
“Scout name has not been matched with a Scout in your Units official roster. Please check with your council.”

His BSA # is 131721281.

I am the council registrar, I have confirmed he is currently registered with the same BSA ID. Does this require a position sync or what causes this issue?

@MatthewAnderson6 usually in Scoutbook if an admin goes to membership and unapproves it > saves > then reapproves it - this will clear up

Thanks @DonovanMcNeil. Could not perform your first suggestion because of the other active membership. Your 2nd suggestion did work to unapproved, save, reapprove, and re-save their current membership.
