Request to Combine Duplicate Accounts

Greetings!

In council 777, please combine accounts for Scouter with two ID numbers

13550201

131508871

Both have the same email address. The profile with the Radcliff address is the old, and should be erased or absorbed to make the profile with the Pebble Valley address the main profile.

This Scouter is a parent of Scout with ID 134969559, if that helps :wink:

@ScouterRob if these are Member IDs the Scouter can try to Manage them at my.scouting.org > manage Member ID. If that does not work Council can help.

Or are you talking about Scoutbook User IDs?

@DonovanMcNeil, these are Member IDs, but each with its own Scoutbook profile.

Will attempt to combine through my.scouting and see if that collapses the two to one access profile in SB.

@ScouterRob the SBs I can solve. Council needs to manage the MIDs as names are different. Council also needs to clean up the Parent relationships.

OK, attempt failed. When the user logged into my.scouting under BSA Member ID 131508871, and tried to combine BSA Member ID 13550201 in Manage Member ID he got an error message that says, “The provided member ID does not match the existing user profile. “

Where to now? :wink:
