Requirement marked as completed and approved by the user who approves even when another user marked it complete

Scoutbook Plus is showing the approver as both the user who marked a requirement complete and as the one who approved it even when 2 different users take those actions. For example, an ASM is marking the requirements as complete and then the Committee Chair is going in and marking them as approved, but the records now show marked complete and approved by the CC. How do we preserve the original user who marked it as complete?

@KKincaid I doubt that is the case - the audit data is pretty tight - what is the scout Member # (no names) and what award is it

136390005 First Class 2a-2e were all marked as completed by the same ASM, but the ASM also marked 2a as approved. I then went in and marked 2b-2e as approved, and now when I hover over the i, it is showing me as both for 2b-2e.

@KKincaid yeah I just found an issue with MBs - so it is doing it on Rank Reqs also?

Yes, it is also happening with rank requirements

OK it is reported - love it when stable things get off center

Thanks! Yeah, we have never had this issue until very recently.

I second this. It’s happening for us as well. Merit Badges and Rank Requirements. Thanks for reporting. Do we know what the usual turnaround time is for fixes like these?

Scouting America IT does not release schedules
