I have a scout in our troop who connected to his account but now cannot access it. He has tried to recover his login and password but has been unsuccessful. Because he is connected in the system, there is no link for his parents to invite him again.
Could someone reset his account so his parents can re-invite him and he can set up his account again? Or if there is a different solution, I am open to suggestions.

My suggestion is have the Scout go to my.scouting.org and create an ID there. It should find him and allow him to attach to his BSA Member ID. After creating a my.scouting.org ID he will be able to log in to Scoutbook with it.
