I’ve got a parent that setup their account using the Apple ID, now they are unable to login.
Their SB ID is 13190926
Is there a way to disconnect from their randomly generated apple ID username and create a new one? Their email address and scout are properly assigned.
They logged in 2 weeks ago? If they really cannot use their Apple Log in Council would have to send in a National ticket to get it switched back to BSA Credentials
