Can log in and under my committee position Advancement Chair the troop roster is blank. Under parent level I can see my scout and “return to roster" and roster is populated. Change back to committee position and roster goes blank.
Force stopped and Uninstalled app, cleared chrome browser history/cache on phone. Problem still persists.
PC/browser version works just fine for me.
Please help.

The mobile app is strictly for parents and youth, not scouters. It has never supported unit scouter activities (like approving advancement, etc). Almost all of the stuff we do as unit volunteers is in advancements.scouting now.
@ThomasPierro- you are referring to the red scouting app from the play store correct? That as Charlie pointed out is only for youth and their parents/guardians
IF you made a Webapp from the webpage - I would suggest hitting the filter button and Reset on the roster
