Roster has evaporated - only four out of 11 Venturers there

I was logging into approve an award for a Venturer and she was not in the roster but she was there before Scoutbook had a problem. She has been removed as well as others from our roster with no explanation, no log, no history - they all evaporated.

Her BSAid is 13407536 and when I go back in to add her it sends me in a loop.

Does the Venturer appear on the official roster at my.scouting? If you’re not one of the unit key 3 (CC, COR, Crew Adviser), you may have to ask one of them to check.

The other 7 Venturers do not appear on our roster on Scoutbook or Scoutbook Plus or in My Scouting. I am the Crew Advisor - so I should be able to see everything including the hostiry log where they evaporated. They have been part of the crew for 9 months and POOF this month they are gone.

There’s a Venturer who is a multiple in there not showing up in Scoutbook. And I have people on my roster that don’t exist anywhere.

@MattPrice What is the member ID number of the multiple who is not showing up on your roster in Scoutbook?

Sounds like there are several venturers who are having issues, especially if they aren’t appearing in the official roster, either.

Do you have their Scouting America Member IDs, as well?

@MattPrice - i suspect it may be due to ypt expiration or failure to renew membership.

Not if they are 16. I would understand it if they are 18+ but that is not the case. I have one on the roster in myscouting that is not in Scoutbook plus or Scoutbook.

Yes I do. 14312142 and 13407536 are two of the 7.

It looks like someone ended this Scout’s membership with the crew using 12/31 as the end date. I have requested a position sync, and the Scout should be back on your crew roster in Scoutbook within 24 hours.

The others most likely have registration issues. Please contact your local council for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot help with registration issues.
