Roster Issues---Adult Leaders

Hi,
I’m running into SB+ roster issues with two of our Assistant Scoutmasters and could use some help.

The first ASM transferred into Troop 235. In SB+, he shows as eligible to renew as of 4/30/26. He completed his renewal payment on 5/3/2026, and his SYT is current. I checked with our council office, and they confirmed he is active and paid in their system. His ID# is 14057012.

The second ASM transferred into our troop as well, but he is not appearing in either SB+ or My.Scouting.org. His membership is paid and SYT is current, and the council office also shows him as active in their system. I’m not sure why he isn’t showing on our end. His ID# is 140865454.

Can anyone assist with resolving these discrepancies? I’ve attached screenshots of our SB+ roster along with what the council office provided for reference.

@SUSANNEJOHNSON both are stuck with a registration that is Not Current - Council needs to resolve. If actions where taken just yesterday - they might not be through sync actions

Council doesn’t seem to know how to fix it.

@SUSANNEJOHNSON they can send in a National Membercare ticket. Tell them they can see the issue if they use VST

Can I contact National directly and get this resolved? Council is not responding!

Council has means for them to contact and send National membercare tickets to National - there is no other contact

This is the issue for both

It is almost like they are in the criminal background check - but that does not make sense

The other adult leader I’m having issues with 140865454 isn’t showing up in my roster at all.

You are looking in the wrong place - my.scouting.org is the official roster - in the database both leaders have the same issue

This is what is in my.scouting.org for 14057012. The other adult leader 140865454 is not showing in my.scouting.org at all.
