Tracking what Scouts have dropped seems to be a problem in my.scouting?
There is this Membership Renewal “opt-out” feature that seems like it should be able to be used for flagging scouts that have dropped, in fact many council web sites refer to member ship opt out as “dropping”.
I see 2 issues with the membership renewal “opt-out” feature;
- Only able to set it when member is in “Eligible to Renew” state, need to be able to set this at any time to be able to mark a member as dropping.
- Once set, cannot be unselected. Really? This does not allow for anyone to make a simple mistake and flag the wrong member. Or if they change their mind and decide to not drop.
Anyone know if there are any updates or changes in the works for the membership renewal “opt-out” flag?
