RSVP Hyperlink Goes to Error 400

My first try at sending out an invite to the pack with a RSVP. In the email sent out is a hyperlink to “Please RSVP for this event in Scoutbook” that when clicked on, goes to a “Bad Request - Invalid URL, HTTP Error 400” page. I tried copying and pasting the hyperlink address in Firefox, Safari and Chrome and got the same error in all of them.

Any ideas?
