Run Report error for service hours

I am trying to run a report for our pack’s service hours for 2020. After entering the date range and selecting “Run Report,” I have repeatedly gotten this error message.

The information is unavailable. Try again or report this to the forums (112).

I just ran the activities report in IA without issue in both chrome and firefox. What is your position in the unit and is that verified via my.scouting ?
