I’m the Pack Trainer and one of my den leaders took the new Safeguarding Youth training and is reporting that she didn’t get the option to print a certificate.
When I go to the Training Manager and search her training, I do see it as completed, but when I select that training and click on Certificate, it opens a new window with this error code:
{
“ResponseDate”: “20250702190635”,
“ResponseValue”: “”,
“ResponseInfo”: “”,
“ResponseCode”: “-3”,
“ResponseMessage”: “The person does not have requested enrollment.”
}
Here’s a screenshot from the Training manager:
Edit - I also just noticed the training doesn’t show an expiration date. Is that correct?
@DavidParker7
Check tomorrow. It often takes time for all of the systems to sync.

It’s been about 24 hours and there is still no Expiration date and I’m unable to print a certificate. Could it take longer than that?
I see an expiration - try a hard refresh of page to clear your cache - SHIFT + Refresh page
@DavidParker7
I see the same thing for me on the individual report (no SYT expiration) but a expiration does show on the SYT Aging report.
You will need to contact your Council to report this issue with the individual training report.

I tried that and an Incognito Window, but it still doesn’t show an expiration date.
Will do.
What about the issue attempting to print the certificate?
@DavidParker7 These are all council questions - they have tools to solve or ask the questions
Any member can print their own certificate from their My Training page in my.scouting.org.
