I have adults completing the Youth Protection Training, but when they receive the email indicating it is complete, the email in some cases does not have the completion certificate attached at all, or if the certificate is attached it is blank. When they log in to try to print it from the website, they are not able to view the certificate there either. This has occurred for 4 individuals to-date. I completed my training on March 6th and did not have an issue with the email I received, but trainings completed starting that weekend (March 9th) have experienced this issue.
Post the Member IDs (no names) for adults with this problem and we will investigate. We have seen cases in the past where the e-mail was sent before all 4 modules were completed.

Is this issue something that is being looked into to be resolved? I need to print these certificates for our records for camping and am unable to do so since the certs are not viewing.
never heard of needing certs? as it is a digital system. The users should be able to print them from their My Training > Completions. Or key 3 can get them from Training Manager for registered users
Unfortunately when they log in, they are having issues viewing their own cert to print from there as well.
Since the first two have YPT completed recently, you will need to contact your Council office for assistance. They can open a ticket with National Member Care to have the issue investigated. The SUAC does not have contacts with the my.scouting.org or training teams to have this issue looked into.
