Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
I am the current advancement Chair, I am slowly transitioning responsibilities of the role to the next adult leader. Our Key 3 have updated permissions manager for her, unfortunately she has no ability to create or view the POs in SB+ despite the permissions that were granted. Additionally, she has no ability to remove awards that have been awarded. It looks like functionally she can, but the system states she does not have the permission to do so. We wanted to add her to the advancement chair role, but the system will only allow us to have one person in that role. Any advice? Any way to make it so she has the same permissions and functionality as I do as the advancement chair? t would be really helpful for us both to be able to have the same full functionality.
@DonovanMcNeil i know she’s not the UAC. I am, and it won’t let me add a second person to be UAC. Is there any other way to giver her PO authority?
Thanks so much. It didn’t cross our minds that the PO authority would be in a section separate from the advancement positions. We found it. Thank you!
