SB parent/leader login assistance

I have a parent / den leader that is having difficulties logging into their account.

BSA id = 14055364

They have had issues in the past and i believe the response was to use the google sign in, but that isn’t working for them at the moment?

Any directions or additional assistance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

@EricMeyer2 they have the click on google to sign in

When she logs in, is she clicking on the “Sign in with Google” button?

And then is she using her Google name and Google password?

She has been able to get back in. something with default browser or autofill name had gotten changed and when they corrected that everything worked.
