Scout advancement issues - showing up as Wolf and Bear

I have a Scout thats still showing up in 2 packs, and I can’t view/edit his advancement for his current (Bear) rank.

SB User ID: 12787649

He’s no longer in Pack 145 and is only in Pack 304 as a Bear.

go to scouts membership and put an end date on the old pack
