My son’s record doesn’t show up anymore in SB just the profile. He is just working on a final partial MB. It seems this happened after the last upgrade. My own account and my other children all show up as usual, is just the older one. His ID is 126129267.
If I had to guess recharter did something cause you share a name - give me a few to look
@RICARDOMENDEZ First you are using SB to Track? Your son has no current membership in SB - you need to fix that first

@RICARDOMENDEZ you can just go to his last troop 552 and erase the end date of 3/4/21

We are having a similar issue. Recently moved from Far East Council to Transatlantic Council. My son now has two profiles - one completely empty and the other shows his advancement as 0% when it was 74%. How do I fix this? Thanks!
@HeatherDunton1 For the one that shows 0%, is he assigned to a den? Cub Scout advancement eligibility is tied to den membership.
He shouldn’t be - he is a Life Scout - hasn’t been in Cubs for a while - transferred from Troop 88 in Far East Council to Troop 107 in Transatlantic Council.

I have found both of your son’s Scoutbook accounts. I’ll send you a private message. Look for a green circle with white number on top of the purple circle with white H in the upper right of your forum window.
