Scout Advancement Records Gone out of Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

My son is a Life Scout, currently working on his Eagle Project and all of his Advancement Records have disappeared in Scoutbook and Scoutbook Plus. He is also no longer linked to our unit with Scoutbook or Scoutbook Plus. Our Scoutmaster said he can still see him on our unit Roster in my.scouting.org.
This ‘glitch’ appears to have occurred when our Scoutmaster tried to reassign patrols. He was also a current Den Chief in our Pack and tied to that unit. He has disappeared from that unit as well.

@ErinHeadley I setup a 24 hour sync to get the scout back in Troop

I have requested a position sync. The Scout should be back on the troop’s Roster within 24 hours.

When reassigning patrols, we recommend that a unit Admin go to the patrol page for the gaining patrol and use the “Reassign Scout(s)” button.
