I have a Scout that isnt showing that he is linked to council. I looked through his profile and his BSA # isn’t in there. Could that be the reason? I got his BSA # from his mother and went to add it but it doesn’t let me. What can I do?
Do you get a message that it’s already assigned to a scout?
Have one of the Unit Key 3 check if the Scout shows in my.scouting.org in Member Manger for the unit. If there, verify the BSA Member ID number. If not there, application paperwork was not entered by Council. The reason for that may include: never submitted, misplaced, entered wrong.
