Hello, My scout in my troop cannot access his scoutbook account and. cannot get emails after asked for user Id or password recovery. His mom login and click the extended information of the scout profile but cannot see the invite link. His bsa Id # 137294678. Thank you very much!

This is not a Scoutbook issue - it is a Google issue - they only thing that could be done is to get council to send in a National membercare ticket to turn off Google log in
