Scout can't log into Scoutbook

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. My Scout BSA son can’t log into scoutbook because he appears to have duplicate accounts and I can’t send him login info to the correct account. One account is up-to-date with his advancements and one is essentially empty. The empty account sometimes shows up under my other son’s name who is currently a cub scout. I spoke to someone previously who said this was fixed but never was. Do I just hit remove on the duplicate account or will that mess up something with the good accounts. My son with the duplicate account is [removed by Moderator for privacy]: BSA#132112482, User ID: 1170363. The duplicate account currently says he has been a member 135 days.
Here is a screenshot showing that BOTH of my sons’ names are on the duplicate account. My younger son [removed by Moderator for privacy] BSA#: 135634872 and User ID: 2694611. I just don’t want to click remove and then have their good accounts also deleted/removed

One update - I see that the “bad” account has the following BSA#: 13638200 and User ID#: 11515391
