Scout Connected to herself as her own parent

I am an administrator for my unit, and I recently discovered that one of our Scouts is connected to herself as her own parent. The connection does not show up in Connection Manager. What is the process to break this connection. Her BSA ID and User ID are the same in both roles.

Please provide the scout’s bsa member number. We do not need the name.

BSA ID: 13320356
User ID: 10053738

Thanks!

This is fixed. I also noticed that dad has two accounts. One has a Hotmail email and has a deleted bsa member number. The other has a gmail address and his valid registered bsa member number. Does he want to keep both?

Jacob, Thanks again for your help. Yes, if we can either merge the dad’s two accounts or delete one that would work. The one to keep is BSA ID: 13270694 USER ID: 9962776.

That would have us keeping the Gmail address. Correct?

That is correct. Thanks

I have merged them, which does little more than delete the unneeded one. In this case, it brings in some of his prior positions.
