Scout Connections Timing Out

I am unable to add a new connection (for the den leader) for just one Scout. When I search for the den leaders name in the search bar, it just times out searching. Help!

@JessicaNewton - let me see if I understand your post:

  1. Existing den and den leader
  2. New scout in pack.
    Here is what I do:
    Move that new scout into the appropriate den. The den leader is already a leader and admin for that den and as such is automatically connected.
