Hello all! I need help!
I had a mom sign up her two kids on beascout.org. Since its all linked together now with my.scouting and scoutbook.com, they automatically showed up on scoutbook.com, but not placed in a den. I am part of the key 3 and have access to everyone, but when I click on these two it says I’m not currently connected to the scout. I went into the connections manager to assign myself as a connection to them and it will not let me do it! Has anyone else had this problem with the automatic upload kids? Please help if you have it figured out!

Try this:
- Go to your Pack Roster page.
- Click on your name.
- Click on your Pack Admin role.
- Click Update.
This should reset your connection to all Cub Scouts in your pack.
