Scout created own SB account - parent cannot connect Scout to profile

Hi folks

Parent is trying to enable Scout to access their SB profile with their own account. Scout has recently created their own SB username (trying to connect themselves) and the parent now can’t connect the Scout as it says that there’s a duplicate email address in the system.

The parent SB user is 12385120; the new Scout account is SB user 12378939, trying to access BSA ID 14176433 (I think I got all the numbers right!)

What’s the process for solving this?
