I have had several youth disappear after promotion from the pack to the troop, even after entering rank advancement. Local council seems to not know who to even contact - DE said to email support@scouting.org. Huh, ?? I thought local council was supposed to assist??
@JeffShreaves If you could post some of their BSA member numbers (no names), we can take a look.
Each Council is supposed to have someone on staff to assist with the online tools including Scoutbook. support@scouting.org is no longer used for support. If your Council staff does not know how to solve a problem, they have a way to open tickets with BSA IT.
