Our Troop’s Committee Chair’s Scout disappeared from Scoutbook. I tried to Add Scout back in, but it created a new Scout record without all his advancement. Can a SUAC send me a private message and I can give you the Scout details to research what happened? He is on our Troop Charter in My.Scouting.org just not showing in SB. Maybe someone put an End Date on his Membership accidentally.
Can the CC still see the scout through their connections? They should be able to remove the end date from the membership if that’s what happened.
