I’m in Pack 366 in the BAC (my BSA ID# is 13268800). I was updating some advancements for one of my Wolf Scouts and I got the advancement sync error. So, I went to his current membership and toggled his ‘position approved’ marker. I went back in to his record to update advancements. I got a couple of updates done and then Scoutbook errored and he disappeared. I checked everywhere for him in Scoutbook, the roster, my connections, connection manager and he’s not there. He is still in our Internet Advancement and My Scouting rosters. His BSA ID# is 136710270. Could you please check and see what’s going on with his Scoutbook?

I can’t say why he was removed from the unit. I have requested a position sync which will put him back in the pack overnight. Tomorrow you will need to place him into the Wolf Den. The easiest way to do this is to go to the Wolf Den roster and click the Reassign Scout button.
