Scout with ID 142043558 is on my unit’s my.scouting roster, but has disappeared (again) from our Scoutbook Plus roster. She is planning to attend summer camp with both her old troop (Middle Tennessee) and her current troop (New Birth of Freedom) this summer, so perhaps something happened as they were preparing for camp?

This is resolved - a second SB user was made for the other Member ID - these Users will not have the same advancement data, all the scouts advancement is on your unit user - so you need to coordinate any advancement to be entered for the user in your unit.
